These terms govern your use of the Renovo Design & Build website and the services we provide. By using the site or engaging us you agree to these terms. Renovo Design & Build Ltd is a company registered in England operating from 107 Castlehill Road, Salford, WN2 4BN.

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes and to enquire about our services. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.
• Use automated scraping, harvesting or data-mining tools.
• Reproduce, copy or resell any part of the site without our written consent.

Estimates given before a site survey are indicative only. A fixed-price written quotation is provided after our on-site survey and forms the basis of any contract.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to revise a quotation if the scope changes, if hidden site conditions emerge during opening up, or if Building Control / Planning impose additional requirements. Variations are issued in writing for your signature before any chargeable work proceeds.

Acceptance of a quotation forms a contract between you and Renovo Design & Build Ltd. Payments are taken on a staged basis tied to defined build milestones, set out in the contract documents. We do not take large upfront deposits.

Late payments may be subject to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.

New roofs and re-roofs are covered by a 25-year workmanship guarantee. Extensions and other structural work are covered by a 10-year structural workmanship guarantee. Both guarantees cover defects in our workmanship only; damage caused by third parties, subsequent alterations, lack of maintenance or weather/storm events is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not automatically covered.

Manufacturer warranties on roofs, windows, boilers and other regulated items are passed directly to you. Renovo Design & Build Ltd is fully insured, including public liability, employer’s liability and contract works insurance.

Quoting and on-site surveys for new projects are free of charge. Call-outs for repair work (e.g. roof repairs) are subject to an £80 call-out fee, which is credited against any subsequent works booked.

Where the works require Building Control approval, Planning consent or Party Wall notices, we will set this out in your quotation and coordinate the necessary applications. You remain the legal owner of the property and the duty-holder for any statutory consents.

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability arising under or in connection with the contract is limited to the value of the contract sum paid by you. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

If you are a consumer (not a business) you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Where you ask us to start work within the cancellation period and subsequently cancel, you may be liable for the value of work already carried out.

All content on this website, copy, photography, drawings and brand assets, is the property of Renovo Design & Build Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce it without our written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
